LadyWeider was preparing to have its products listed on Watsons, the largest international health and beauty retailer in the world, in Taiwan. There are over 580 stores in Taiwan. One of the points of purchase requested was the stickers that highlight the key effects of the products.
The majority of the brand’s target audiences do not understand English and often are confused by the English-only packaging. This has often resulted in the customers losing their interest in the product. To improve on the situation, I had to use the image of the product on the sticker to showcase what’s inside the packaging. Additionally, I also labelled the mandarin name of the product on all the stickers to clarify the confusion.
